US Residents

The Windsor Laser Eye Institute has made the LASIK procedure more affordable for US Residents by providing interest free financing with Care Credit. Interest Free applies to 3,6 and 12 month terms with a minimum monthly payment. There are 3 easy ways to apply and the decision is immediate for each type of application.

1) Standard- Forms are provided at the time of consultation

2) Online application- go to www.carecredit.com and fill out the patient application.
